Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and in any communications between 550pub and its Members:

• "550pub" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 550pub online gaming platform operated at https://550pub.org and all associated services, applications, and interfaces.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has successfully registered a 550pub account and whose registration has been approved.
• "Account" — refers to the personal gaming account opened in a Member's name following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" — refers to the real-money funds held within a Member's Account wallet, excluding any bonus funds which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or any other non-cash value awarded by 550pub as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund must be wagered before it or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawals and certain account functions are permitted.
• "Game Rules" — the individual rules applicable to each casino game, sport, bingo event, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 550pub Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 550pub Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 550pub with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

550pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 550pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 550pub reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.
2. You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal persons may not register an Account.
3. You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction from which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited under applicable law.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 550pub, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You are not a self-excluded Member who has submitted a valid self-exclusion request to 550pub. Attempting to register a new Account while under a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7. You are gambling voluntarily and with funds that you can afford to lose, for entertainment purposes only.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 550pub Platform, you must register and maintain a single, verified Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. 550pub employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 550pub may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Identity verification (KYC): 550pub is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals or upon reaching deposit thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's licence, passport, and UMID. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
• Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. 550pub will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

550pub reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for the rejection.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 550pub Account. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through your Account settings, which we strongly recommend for all Members.
• Logging out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Never disclosing your credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 550pub. 550pub staff will never ask for your password.
• Notifying 550pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

550pub will not be liable for any loss of funds arising from unauthorized Account access where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

Deposits & Payments

550pub accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 550pub's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 550pub does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, over which 550pub has no control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by 550pub's payment systems. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfer times may vary.
• 550pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual deposits before crediting funds to the Account.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed network receipt. 550pub is not responsible for network congestion delays on the blockchain.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a regulatory requirement that cannot be waived.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's verified name. 550pub does not make payments to third parties.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Member tier and may be increased for Gold, Diamond, and Imperial VIP members.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 hours; USDT TRC20 — within 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.
• 550pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 within a 30-day period.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw uncleared Bonus Funds will result in the forfeiture of those funds.
• 550pub reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

550pub offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Members who are fully verified (KYC complete) and in good standing.
• Each promotional offer may specify eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and Wagering Requirements. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus conditions where there is any conflict.
• 550pub reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a Member. Once claimed, the terms applicable at the time of claim will apply.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured play designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or collusion with other Members — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom.
• Members registered as Imperial VIP may be subject to bespoke bonus terms agreed with their dedicated 550pub account manager.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 550pub Platform are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Game Rules.

The following general principles apply to all games on the 550pub Platform:

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games offered on the Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and table game are published in the game information panel.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) in a controlled studio environment, streamed in real time via encrypted HD video. Outcomes cannot be influenced by 550pub or any third party.
• Error and Malfunction: In the event of a game error, technical malfunction, or demonstrable system fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 550pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers to the relevant Members' Accounts. Payouts resulting from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome will be adjusted accordingly.
• Maximum Payout: Individual game maximum payouts and betting limits are displayed within each game. 550pub is not obligated to pay any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given game.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of 550pub's technical review team is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 550pub Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Such bugs must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to exploit bonus structures, skew game outcomes, or extract value from the Platform in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit into your Account (money laundering).
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent wagering in connection with sports betting or live dealer games.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 550pub staff or other Members.

Responsible Gaming

550pub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 550pub Members within their Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen alerts that appear after a set period of continuous play, reminding them to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be shortened. During any self-exclusion period, 550pub will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Member from accessing their Account.
• Reality Checks: Time-based prompts that display current session duration and net wagering position at configurable intervals.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 550pub Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound recordings, databases, and code, is either owned by 550pub or licensed to 550pub by third-party providers. All intellectual property rights in this content are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without 550pub's express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 550pub brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 550pub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, technical faults, or interruptions to service that are beyond 550pub's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by you based on information or content published on the Platform, including but not limited to sports odds, game RTP figures, or promotional terms.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of funds following a Terms breach.

In any event, 550pub's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 550pub's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 550pub's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy

550pub collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 550pub Privacy Policy.

In summary, 550pub collects personal data to: verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, provide customer support, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the Platform experience. 550pub does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

550pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 550pub will notify registered Members via email to the registered email address, or through a prominent in-platform notification, at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines.

This dispute resolution process does not limit or restrict 550pub's right to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it reasonably determines that such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
