Legal Basis for Processing

Data Sharing & Third Parties

550pub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share personal data only in the circumstances described below, and only to the minimum extent necessary for the stated purpose:

Payment processors: We share transaction data with approved Philippine payment processors (GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph) and cryptocurrency payment gateways (USDT TRC20) strictly to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors are bound by their own data protection obligations.
KYC and identity verification providers: We engage licensed identity verification service providers to process your government ID documents during KYC verification. These providers act as data processors under written agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than verification on 550pub's behalf.

Data Retention

Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements.
Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant game session, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming audit purposes.
Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or legal matter, in which case it is retained until final resolution.

550pub's primary data storage and processing infrastructure is located within data centres serving the Southeast Asian region. Some personal data may be processed by service providers (such as KYC verification providers or game content delivery networks) in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, 550pub ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, which may include:

Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 550pub holds about you and information about how it is being used.
Right to Rectification: If the personal data 550pub holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. Some corrections (such as legal name changes) may require supporting documentation.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where you have withdrawn consent and no other legal basis applies. This right is subject to 550pub's legal data retention obligations — data required for AML compliance, for example, cannot be deleted on request during the mandatory retention period.

Section 12

Children & Minors

The 550pub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. 550pub does not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the 550pub registration and KYC process. Any Account where the registered Member is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any Balance forfeited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, and the relevant personal data deleted in accordance with applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under the age of 21 has accessed the 550pub Platform or provided personal data to us, please contact [email protected] immediately. We will take prompt action to verify the situation and delete any relevant data.

Section 13

Marketing Communications

550pub may send you promotional communications — including bonus offers, new game announcements, VIP program updates, and seasonal promotions — by email, SMS, or in-platform notification. Such communications are sent only to Members who have provided explicit consent.

You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by:

Changes to This Privacy Policy
